Privacy

This is what happens to the information you send us. It is short: we run no accounts, no newsletter and no advertising trackers, and we deal with no data brokers.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms. The case evaluation form asks for a case type, a date, a county, a description of what happened, your treatment status, your name, a phone number, an email address and a language preference. The referral form asks a Georgia lawyer for their details, a case type, names for a conflict check and a summary.

What we do with it

It is emailed to the firm, and you receive an automatic acknowledgement. That is the whole of it. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the firm.

What is written to our server logs

Every submission is logged so that a lead is never lost if email delivery fails. The free-text fields — your description of what happened, and a referring lawyer’s conflict-check names and summary — are replaced in the log with their length rather than their content. Those fields reach the email and stop there.

Analytics

Where we measure form submissions, what is counted is the case type, the county and the treatment status. Nothing else. Your name, phone number, email address, date of incident, language preference and everything you typed in your own words never reach an analytics provider. The three fields above are the only ones that ever can.

Email and web forms are not secure

Contacting us does not make you a client
